Stop nagging
My parents and doctors wanted me to eat properly since my illness meant that I kept losing weight all the time.
They nagged and nagged.
I got so tired and annoyed at their nagging that I almost stopped eating.
It was silly of me but I was really angry at them.
My dietician proposed that I write down what I ate over a few days.
When I went to write it down, I discovered that had I had almost eaten nothing at all.
I understood that I must get better at eating.
We were able to come to an agreement; they stopped nagging and I started eating.
It helped.
