Mum can keep an eye on me
I like to go swimming with my friends.
My parents don't really like it.
They are worried about me having a fit in the pool and drowning.
But they know I get upset if I don't get to do the things my friends do.
We solved this by one of my parents being there to keep an eye on me when I swim.
I'm okay with that.
But once I got really mad at my mum.
She kept watching me, shouting and waving the whole time.
I told her afterwards that it bothered me.
She said sorry and has been much better since then.
Now it feels better when she comes along.
