8. How can I keep my elderly relatives safe during the COVID-19 pandemic (as recommended by Folkhälsomyndigheten) since they live in the same house with me and my family and we have a very small apartment?

It is important to follow the health recommendations, such as washing your hands frequently with soap and warm water - before eating, before preparing food, and after toilet use. Cough and sneeze into your elbow or into a paper tissue to prevent infection from spreading around you, or from contaminating your hands. When sneezing, turn away from others. In case you get ill, even if with simple symptoms, it is important to protect your elderly and try to keep distance. A general preventive measure for them against respiratory infection is to avoid touching their face (eyes, nose, and mouth). Finally, it is important that elders spend their time at home with people they live with, avoiding other kind of social contacts (shops, restaurants...). Even if it can be very hard for them, it is important to underline that social distancing can protect them from infections, since they are a risk group. If you can use a smartphone, you can help them to stay in contact with their friends through video calls, for example.
